This tour begins with a nice scenic drive from your Guanacaste Hotel to the Port of Puntarenas, where the boat ride begins. On your way to Puntarenas you will have beautiful views of the Guanacaste landscape, including the Tenorio, Miravalles and Rincon de la Vieja Volcanoes from the distance. Once in Puntarenas you will board the boat for your Tortuga Island Tour. This ride takes about 1.5 hours where you will also have gorgeous views of the Nicoya Gulf and its islands, while the live tropical music plays in the background, a truly Costa Rican party to enjoy. Once you get to the island you can opt to participate of the activities available or just relax at the beach. A delicious lunch will be served at the island and after a few hours in this amazing place, you will head back to your hotel. * This Tortuga Island Tour is available on Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays only.
